We will work with you to understand the scope of your project, your investment range and time frame. We can use your plans and concepts or we can design the project from scratch.

We start with a consultation. During this time we will be going over your plans, selections, design styles and concepts. Specific materials that go into the project will be discussed. We will collect measurements and photographs as needed. For work that needs to be designed, we charge a design fee. Our design fees are based on the size of the project and range from $300 up to 10% of total project cost for a 2D CAD Kitchen design, which includes research in product specifications. If you choose not to move forward, the design is yours. Once we have a complete design with specifications, we will provide a written quote for the project, both time and cost.
